Due to the completion of Al Hamra Insurance Company procedures regarding capital increase (capitalization) in accordance with Article (55 / II) of the Companies Act No. (21) for the year 1997 has been added shares capitalization to all shareholders who own shares up to the date the General Assembly meeting of the company in the (19 / 11/2012) to become the capital of the company (3,000,000,000) billion shares after it was (2,000,000,000) billion shares.
