Due to complete the company Baghdad, Iraq for public transport and real estate investments procedures regarding capital increase (capitalization) in accordance with Article (55 / II) of the Companies Act No. (21) for the year 1997 has been added shares capitalization to all shareholders who own shares up to the date the General Assembly Meeting of the company (11/20/2012) to become the company’s capital (200,000,000) million shares after it was (160 million) million shares.
