The procedures of the Depository Center to add the capitalization and Initional Public Offering shares amounting to (50,000,000,000) shares have been completed after increasing the capital of the National Islamic Bank Company from (301,000,000,000) dinars to (351,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/First and Second) in the account of the shareholders depositing with the brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session of Tuesday, 5/11/2024.
