General Assembly Meeting will be held for the company in the Gulf Commercial Bank 2/7/2012 to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2011 and discuss the company’s capital increase in accordance with Article (55 / I-II) and discussion of Cash Dividends and change the name of the bank.
Trading will be closed on the shares of the company as of 25/6/2012.
