General Assembly meeting will be held for the National Company for Metal Industries and bicycles in 12/17/2012 to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2011 and capital increase (75%) and in accordance with the provisions of Article (55 / I) and will be shut down trading on the shares company as of 11.12.2012.
