General Assembly Meeting held company in tourist hotels Ishtar 21/01/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and the capital increase of (1.500) billion dinars to (2.200) and in accordance with Article (55 / II) by 50% and discuss the accumulated deficit of the previous years and extinguish part of the profits of the year and the election of a new board. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 14/01/2014.
