Company’s General Assembly meeting will be held on 01.22.2015 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the Bank’s activities for the fiscal year ended 31.12.2013 and approval. And discuss the auditor’s report and final accounts for the year 12/31/2013 and ratify them and Cash Dividends and discuss the overdue debt and discharge of the President and members of the Board of Directors for the year 2013 and to identify the subject of reward and it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares on 14/01/2015.
