Referring to the Gulf Insurance Company No. (606) in 24.11.2014.
Company’s General Assembly meeting will be held on 12.15.2014 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the company’s activities for the year ended 31.12.2013 and approved and discuss the auditor’s report and final accounts of the company for the year ended as at 12.31.2013, and approval of them and the appointment of an auditor of the company for 2014 and the discharge of the Chairman and members of the board and discuss the issue of increasing the capital of the company in accordance with the provisions of Article (55 / I) and it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares on 12/07/2014.
