We would like to inform you the completion of all necessary legal procedures to amend Article III of the Memorandum of Association of the company and by modifying the name of the Company ( Khazar for the production and trading of construction materials ) to ( company Khazar for the production and trading of construction materials and real estate investments and general contracting / mixed stock ) and modify its activity by adding my activity of real estate investments and general contracting to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act No. 21 of 1997 as amended . Accordingly, we hope to adopt the new name for the company.
