Referring to the book of Al Zawraa Financial Investment Company No. (95) at the 19/10/2016 and the annex to General Assembly Meeting Minutes (non-certified) held on 11.10.2016.
It will launch trading on the company effective from Sunday session, 10.23.2016 based on Article (2) of the Instructions No. (2) Stop trading and retrading of shares of listed companies which provide dates (re-trading of shares of the company, which stopped trading its shares because of board meeting public immediately after the end of the meeting in the absence of the General Authority take any decision to change the company’s capital.
