Held general assembly of the company in the 11/19/2014 meeting to discuss the following topics: –
1. found on the Board of Directors report on the activity of the company for the year ended 12/31/2013
2. The report of the auditor and discuss the budget and final accounts for the financial year ended 31.12.2013 and approval.
3. Election of a new Board of Directors of the Company (and the same five the indigenous reserve).
11.11.2014 and will be the last trading session on the company’s shares.
