Approved Authority held on 06.07.2014 the agenda included approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2013 and recycling profits to the coming year and to increase the company’s capital of (15,010) billion dinars to (16.511) billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / I).
