 Trading will launch on the shares of the Iraqi depository center  for the production of seeds Company included in their capital (before the increase) of (4,800) billion shares as of 23/3/2014.
General assembly held on 16.03.2014 agenda included validation on the final accounts for the financial year ended 31.03.2013 and the capital increase (15%) of (4,800) billion dinars to (5,128,416,438) dinars, and in accordance with Article (55 / ii) The cash dividend percentage (50%) of the profits realized.
