Meeting will be held the General Authority for company Khazar for the production and trading of construction materials in 12/05/2013 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and capital increase (100%) in accordance with Article (55 / I) and the amendment of the company by adding Activity investments real estate and general contracting to have the company name (Khazar company for production and trade of construction materials and real estate investments and general contracting) and the election of a new Board of Directors. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares on 11/27/2013.
