General Assembly meeting will be held for the commercial Bank of Iraq in 10/24/2012 to discuss the final accounts for the financial years ended 31/12/2010 and Year 31/12/2011 discuss Cash Dividends (7.5%) and change the name of the bank to Ahli United Bank and post the International Finance Corporation in the bank’s capital and increase the bank’s capital in accordance with Article (55 / I) and the election of a new Board of Directors. And will be closed trading on the company’s shares as of 10/17/2012.
