Referring to the decision of the Department of Company Registration No. (26 938) 12.13.2012 containing the ratification of the capital increase of 112.900 billion dinars to (175) billion dinars (17.8%) and in accordance with Article (55 / II) and by (37.5%) and in accordance with Article (55 / I). And it was decided to launch trading in shares of the company as of 01.14.2013 to complete registration in the Iraqi depository center.
