Due to the completion of the Gulf Bank procedures regarding capital increase (IPO and capitalization) has been added to shares resulting from the IPO and capitalization to all shareholders who own shares up to the date the General Assembly meeting to become the company’s capital (125) billion shares after it was (103.950) billion shares.
