Based on the powers vested in the Board of Governors of the Iraqi Stocks Exchange and on the basis of the recommendations of the Selection Committee, director of Iraqi Depository Center administrative problem about it (MM / 67) in 27.02.2013 and after studying all Council decided to ratify the recommendation of the Committee to accept the appointment of Mr. (Mahmoud Nazir Younis) rank of director depository center from 01.04.2013 by service system in place in Iraqi Stocks Exchange and gives the powers and duties contained in the service system and calms the career ladder for the first year of the system and remains on probation for a period of 3 months from the date appointed as with the required professional expertise in the field of securities.
