Referring to the Book of Credit Bank of Iraq No. (1892) in 09.09.2013 and its annex Platform for the General Assembly meeting to be held in 10/01/2013, containing the discussion of the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and approval, and to discuss a capital increase to (250 billion) in accordance with Article (55 / I) and Article (55 / II).
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares in 23/09/2013 in line with the instructions of the Securities Commission (2) updated for the year 2012. And will be suspended from trading on the shares of the company as of 09.24.2013.
