Will launch trading on the shares of a company secretary for financial investment listed at current capital before increase of 750 million shares as of 11/07/2013. Approved the General Authority held on 10.27.2013, the agenda included the approval of the financial statements for the fiscal years ended 31/12/2011 and 31/12/2012 and increase the company’s capital from 750 million shares to (1) billion shares in accordance with Article (55 / I) and the election of a new Board of Directors.
