General Assembly meeting will be held for the company in 26/06/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2013 and discuss and discuss earnings divided by the bank’s capital increase in the amount of 50 million dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II) by (18%).
