Held general assembly of the company in the 17/11/2014 meeting accordance with the following paragraphs: –
1. access to the annual report of the Board of Directors and the activity of the company for the financial year ended 12.31.2013 and approval
2. The report of the Office of Financial Supervision and discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 12/31/2013.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 09/11/2014.
