 Referring to the  Al-ameen  real estate investments  company No. (57) in 16.11.2014.
  general assembly meeting  held of the company in the 01/12/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31.12.2013 and approval, and to address the financial situation and the reasons for non-implementation of the contracts since / 2006 and address the cumulative loss and optimal utilization of capital.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 23/11/2014.
