Referring to the company’s book of modern livestock production and agricultural No. (160) in 03.12.2014.
Company’s General Assembly meeting will be held on 12.29.2014 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the company’s activities for the year ended 31.12.2013 and approved and discuss the auditor’s report and final accounts of the company for the year ended as at 31/12/2013, and ratify them, and approve and distribution Cash Dividends for 2013 by 4%.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 21/12/2014.
