Referring to the book Modern Sewing Company No. (119/4/1) in 29.06.2015.
There will be a general assembly meeting of the company in the 27/07/2015 to discuss the following paragraphs: –
1-discuss the report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the company during the financial year ended 12/31/2014.
2-discuss the auditor’s report.
3-ratification of the final accounts for the financial year ended 12/31/2014.
4-auditor for the year 2015 and had to determine his remuneration
5-Cash Dividends for 2014.
6-discuss increasing the company’s capital by 100 million dinars to become the company’s capital billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II) of the Companies Act.
7-discharge head and members of the Board of Directors.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares as of 07/16/2015.
