According to the decision of the Registrar of Companies the ratification of the Memorandum of Association of the company and Baghdad for soft drinks of the book No. (u / e / 2/1713) at the 01/18/2017 and the minutes of the General Authority for the company meeting held on 26.12.2016, have been added to increase shares Baghdad Company for soft drinks and modification of the company’s capital (133,000,000,000) dinars to (177,333,333,333) dinars, and activating the stock added.
