The depository center procedures have been completed and the Initional Public Offering shares amounting to (100,000,000,000) shares have been added after increasing the capital of the International Development Bank Company from (300,000,000,000) dinars to (400,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (56/Fourth) in the shareholders’ account deposited with the brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of Thursday’s session, corresponding to August 15, 2024.
