Due to the completion of the Iraqi Company for Engineering Industries procedures regarding capital increase (capitalization and IPO) has been added to shares resulting from the capitalization and IPO to all shareholders who own shares up to the date the General Assembly meeting of the company to become the capital of the company (1.5) billion shares after it was (1) billion shares.
