Due to complete the Economy Bank for Investment and Finance procedures regarding capital increase (IPO and capitalization) in accordance with Article (55 / I) and Article (55 / II) of the Companies Act No. (21) for the year 1997 has been added to shares IPO and capitalization to all shareholders who own shares up to date of the meeting of the General Authority of the company (09/27/2012) to become the capital of the company (150,000,000,000) billion shares after it was (100,000,000,000) billion shares.
