Due to the completion of Al-Mansour Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances, cosmetics and water sterile procedures regarding capital increase (IPO) in accordance with Article (55 / I) of the Companies Act No. (21) for the year 1997 has been added to shares subscription to all shareholders who own shares up to the date General Assembly meeting of the company (10/13/2012) to become the company’s capital (6,469,267,350) billion shares after it was (3,234,633,675) billion shares.
