The shares of the subscription (2,880,000,000) shares were added after the increase of the capital of Al Mamoura Real Estate Investments Company from (19,200,000,000) JD to (22,780,000,000) JD in accordance with Article (55 / I) in the account of the shareholders deposited with the brokerage companies.
Note that capitalization of 700,000,000 shares was added in accordance with Article (55 / II) on 26/10/2017.
