The depository center procedures have been completed, adding capitalized shares amounting to (50,000,000,000) shares after increasing the capital of the International Development Bank Company from (250,000,000,000) dinars to (300,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/II) in the shareholders’ account deposited with the brokers.
