The procedures for the depository center have been completed, adding the nitial Public Offering shares amounting to (16,405,200,000) shares after increasing the capital of the modern company for animal and agricultural production from (4,101,300,000) dinars to (20,506,500,000) dinars according to Article (55/I) in the account of the shareholders deposited with the brokers.
