The deposit center procedures have been completed, adding the Initial Public Offering shares amounting to (18,000,000,000) shares after increasing the capital of Al Hamra Insurance Company from (7,000,000,000) dinars to (25,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/First) in the account of the shareholders deposited in the deposit center.
