General Assembly meeting will be held to Babylon Hotel in 19.09.2012 and to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2012 and Cash Dividends and discuss the company’s capital increase by 170% and in accordance with Article (55 / I) of the Companies Act and will be close of trade on the company’s shares as of 12/09/2012.
