Meeting will be held of the General company Bank of the Middle East in 30/4/2012 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2011 and discuss Cash Dividends for the year 2011 and increase the bank’s capital (25%) in accordance with Article (55 / II) and by (25 %) and in accordance with Article (55 / I).
trading will be closed on the shares of the company as of 23/4/2012.
