Please provide us with the approval of the Companies Registration Department on the completion of the procedures for the amendment of the company contract, changing the company’s activity from a financial transfer to a banker.
Trading on the shares of the Company will be suspended as of 2/4/2017 for the purpose of organizing the trading on the shares of the International Trust Bank after completion of the procedures for registering and depositing the shares of the Bank in accordance with the procedures adopted in the Market.
