General Assembly meeting will be held for the Bank of Babylon in 15/02/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and capital increase by (3.182%) in accordance with Article (55 / II) and by (63.48%) in accordance with Article (55 / I) to become a bank’s capital (250) billion dinars instead of 150 billion dinars and discuss Cash Dividends and the election of a new board. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 06/02/2014.
