Will hold a meeting of the nation for the Iraqi Company for the production and marketing of meat and field crops in 12/29/2013 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and the capital increase to (4.500 billion) and in accordance with Article (55 / II) by (9.091%) and the election of a new board. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 12/19/2013.
