According to Article (4) of the Rules of Procedure of Iraqi Stocks Exchange , and the decision of the Board of Governors for the year 2013 will be the meeting of ISX in 04/05/2013 at ten in the morning in the Baghdad Hotel, according to the curriculum follows: –
1 – to discuss the report of the Board of Governors on the activity of the Iraqi Stocks Exchange in 2012 and ratified.
2 – discuss the final accounts of the Iraqi Stocks Exchange and the auditor’s report as at 31/12/2012 and approval.
3 – discuss a plan of the Board of Governors for 2013 and approval.
4 – to renew authorization of the Board of Governors to continue in his powers and duties until elections.
