General Assembly meeting will be held for the National Company for Tourism Investment in 03/19/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ending 31/12/2011 and 31/12/2012 and discuss Cash Dividends for the year 2011 and 2012 and the capital increase in accordance with Article (55 / II ) and the election of a new board. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 03/11/2014.
