Referring to the Iraqi Company for engineering works in book No. 1/31/235 12/04/2014.
Company’s General Assembly meeting will be held on 23.12.2014 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors for the company’s activities for the year ended 31.12.2013 and approved and discuss the auditor’s report and final accounts of the company for the year ended as at 31/12/2013, and ratify them.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 15/12/2014.
