The listing and deposit of the shares of Dar Al Salam Insurance Company (2) billion shares has been completed and will be launched as of Wednesday 22/5/2019 following the completion of capital increase procedures from (5) billion dinars to (7) billion dinars In accordance with Article (55/1) of the Companies Law in implementation of the decision of the General Assembly held on 13/11/2018.
