A meeting of the General Authority for Baghdad Company for the manufacture of packaging materials in 11/09/2014 to discuss the report of the Board of Directors and to discuss the auditor’s report and the final accounts of the company for the financial year ended 12.31.2013 and ratified, and the appointment of an auditor for the year 2014 and the discharge of the President and members of the Board of Directors and to identify rewarded and the election of board members.
And it will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 09/03/2014.
