Based on the instructions of the Securities Commission (2) amended for the year 2012, paragraph (2) which states ((are re-trading of shares of the company, which stopped trading its shares because the General Assembly meeting after the meeting directly in case of failure to take the public any decision to change the capital company)) and decides to open trading on the company’s shares as of 12/08/2013.
