A reference to the decision of Company Registration No. (20779) 08.19.2013, containing the ratification of the company’s capital increase (540) million shares to 1.080 billion shares in accordance with Article (55 / I) and complete the registration Iraqi Depository Center . It was therefore decided to launch the company’s shares trading on 19/09/2013.
