The duties of the depository center in registration Asiacell Communications Company in the Iraqi depository center were as follows: –
1 – a contract agreement was signed between the company Asiacell Communications and Iraqi Depository Center
2 – received the shareholders’ register on the record paper and disc (cd) and after checking (cd) was confirmed matching the electronic record.
3 – Asiacell provide us with a copy of the stock certificate (form) for approval our announcement of acceptance of deposits of the joint stock company as of 05.12.2012.
And so Asiacell will have completed the procedures in the Iraqi depository center
