Referring to the book of Al-Ahlia Insurance company No. (141) at the 13/10/2016 and the annex to General Assembly Meeting Minutes (non-certified) held on 10.10.2016.
It will launch trading on the company effective from Sunday, 10.16.2016 session based on Article (2) of the Instructions No. (2) Shut down and restart the trading of shares of listed companies which provide dates (re-trading on the shares of the company, which stopped trading its shares because of board meeting public immediately after the end of the meeting in the absence of the General Authority take any decision to change the company’s capital).
