Referring to Al-Nukhba for General Contracting comapny No. (52) at the 09/28/2016 and the annex to General Assembly Meeting Minutes (non-certified) held on 09.27.2016.
It will launch trading on the company effective from Sunday, 2/10/2016 session based on Article (2) of the Instructions No. (2) Stop and restart the trading of shares of listed companies which provide dates (re-trading of shares of the company, which stopped trading its shares because of board meeting public immediately after the end of the meeting in the absence of the General Authority take any decision to change the company’s capital).
