The general assembly meeting of Al-Mamoura will be held the day 08/07/2015 to listen to the Board of Directors report on the Company’s activities for the fiscal year ended 31.12.2014 and listen to observer the company’s accounts and to discuss and Cash Dividends and increase the company’s capital in accordance with Article 55 / I and II and the discharge report President and members of the Board of Directors and to identify and reward the appointment of an auditor for the year 2015 and determine his remuneration and holding elections for board members. And it will be the last trading session on the shares of the company on 30.06.2015.
